Pamela J. Coburn

Pamela Coburn has been involved in the commercial
real estate industry in Colorado for 29 years. She
holds a Colorado Real Estate Broker’s License,
as well as the Real Property Administrator (RPA) Professional
Designation.
Pam Coburn joined The JONES Realty
Group upon its inception in 1994 and has advanced to
become the Senior Vice President within the organization.
She has negotiated deals totaling in excess of $20 million
and is also responsible for the day-to-day management
of four commercial properties. She oversees all
staff, vendors, and contractors in connection with the
day-to-day operations, and has been the Construction
Manager for over $10 million in capital improvement projects.
Not only is she instrumental in the leasing of the managed
properties, but has also successfully represented numerous
tenants in the greater Denver metro area.
Prior to joining The JONES Realty
Group, Pam was involved in the restoration, modernization,
leasing and management of historic properties. These
properties were located in the area of downtown Denver
commonly known as lower downtown. She was also
part of the organization that conceived and developed
the Colorado Convention Center in downtown Denver. Prior
to the development of this facility, Denver did not possess
a center dedicated to the convention trade.
Pam is active in business and civic organizations such as the Building Owners
and Managers Association (BOMA), The Society for St. Vincent DePaul, and Special
Olympics of Colorado.
