The JONES Realty Group was formed in June 1994 by Douglas L. Jones who is the Owner and President. The JONES Realty Group is a corporate real estate investment services group with a primary focus on asset management, brokerage, acquisition and development of commercial properties in the Denver, Colorado area.

Douglas L. Jones, President
Douglas L. Jones has been involved in the real estate industry in Colorado for over thirty years. Doug is the President and owner of The JONES Realty Group, a commercial real estate investment services group with a primary focus on asset management, brokerage, acquisition and development of commercial properties in the Denver area. Prior to establishing The JONES Realty Group, his professional background also includes banking and service as a staff member in the U.S. Senate in Washington D.C.

Mr. Jones graduated in 1976 from the University of Texas in Austin with a B.B.A. degree in Finance. He has been active in NAIOP—National Association of Industrial and Office Properties where he served in 1994 as the President of the Board of Directors. He continues to serve as a Director and received the 1989 Member of the Year Award. He is also a licensed broker in the State of Colorado and a member of the Urban Land Institute.

In January 2005, Mr. Jones was appointed to serve on the Colorado State University System Board of Governors, and has served as Chairman for the past two years. He previously served as Chairman of the Board’s Finance Committee. He is active in the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce where he served as the 1999–2000 Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is active with the Downtown Denver Partnership where he has served as a Director. Mr. Jones is past Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Denver Botanic Gardens, past Vice Chairman of the Colorado Tourism Office Board of Directors, and past Chairman of the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District.

Mr. Jones also currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Boy Scouts of America Denver Area Council; and on the Boards of Wells Fargo Bank Community, the Central Platte Valley Metro District, National Western Stock Show Association, Denver Police Foundation and St. Joseph Hospital Foundation, as well as on the Board of Directors of Rose Community Foundation.

Mr. Jones and his wife have been married for 24 years and have 3 children.

Pamela J. Coburn, RPA, LEED® AP
Pamela Coburn has been involved in the commercial real estate industry in Colorado for 26 years. She holds a Colorado Real Estate Broker’s License, as well as the Real Property Administrator (RPA) Professional Designation.

Pam Coburn joined The JONES Realty Group upon its inception in 1994 and has advanced to become the Senior Vice President within the organization. She has negotiated deals totaling in excess of $20 million and is also responsible for the day-to-day management of four commercial properties. She oversees all staff, vendors, and contractors in connection with the day-to-day operations, and has been the Construction Manager for over $10 million in capital improvement projects. Not only is she instrumental in the leasing of the managed properties, but has also successfully represented numerous tenants in the greater Denver metro area.

Prior to joining The JONES Realty Group, Pam was involved in the restoration, modernization, leasing and management of historic properties. These properties were located in the area of downtown Denver commonly known as lower downtown. She was also part of the organization that conceived and developed the Colorado Convention Center in downtown Denver. Prior to the development of this facility, Denver did not possess a center dedicated to the convention trade.

Pam is active in business and civic organizations such as the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), The Society for St. Vincent DePaul, and Special Olympics of Colorado.
